    So, what you eatin?

    Spent the last three hours in the back trimming trees and yanking weeds, building a massive appetite. I cam in and I made a salad of spring greens with tahini and lemon and with the last of the Violife provolove made a grilled "cheese" with tofurkey italian links and tomato.
    I haven't really enjoyed fake meaty or fake cheesey foods in the past, but I really like the violife cheeses. The melt really nice and don't taste like daiya, which I find un-pleasant and make my stomach achey.

    That sounds delicious. We just had an Yves pepperoni and Myoko mozz pizza with mint banana ice cream w/ homemade chocolate sauce, slivered almonds and coconut flakes. On the healthier side, I made my lunch for tomorrow. Black beans w/ cilantro, onions and diced celery, mashed sweet potatoes and sauteed purple cabbage w/ fennel seeds. Gotta get back into shape.
